The page parameter in the URL is set to 9999, which means scratch will try and return the 9999th page of this topic. Of course, that page will probably never exist, so instead you get an empty forum page with a glitched layout.

I don't know, I would reckon that the Pokemon topics combined would get insanely close (including the 1.4 forums one)
