What exactly is Shop Con?

It's a convention where existing shops have to establish mini-shops, with 2-4 representatives of each shop. Mini-Shops are shops that are quite small in size, with only a few pages. Don't overdo it, they are only temporary! As time goes on, the judges will start ordering at the mini-shop. They will judge based on order completion speed, order quality, BBCode format, customer service, etc. The judges will become more difficult at phrasing their orders over time. If the shop handles it well, you get bonus points. There are also more events that could make this more interesting, so stay tuned!

Yes, there are prizes!
1st Place: The whole shop: 250 T$ each and the shop will win 1st place award! || Representatives:10 Favs and Loves for 10 projects that you choose and permanent memberships in Lightning Studios 3.0. They also win 350 T$ each as well as get 5 follows!
2nd place: The Whole Shop: 200 T$ each and the shop will win a 2nd place award || Representatives: 8 Favs and Loves for 8 projects that you choose and permanent memberships in Lightning Studios 3.0. They also will win 300 T$ each and get 3 follows!
3rd place: The Whole Shop: 150T$ each and the shop will win 3rd place award! || Representatives: 5 Favs and Loves for 5 projects that you choose and 2-year memberships in Lightning Studios 3.0. They will win 250 T$ each and get 1 follow.

Terms & Conditions

1. Please be nice to every participant
2. Be fair in the events!
3. Do not beg for a position, use the form. If you are applying for Judge, you need to have over 100 posts and need to be on Scratch for about 6 months. For a banner teacher, you need to have a design program such as canva, befunky, etc. You also need to submit some design examples with your form. For a Mini-Shop Score Keeper, we are not looking for one currently. As for an award creator, you need a design program and submit some design examples with your form.
4. Try to suggest different events on this thread!

6. For the mini-shop war, representatives must be active since they will need to take orders and do a lot of activities in general.. If the representative's timezones are different for one mini-shop, that would be great, as you may be able to take orders anytime.

Employee of the Year

Every shop that joins ShopCon 2021 will have to discuss together and nominate an employee from that shop to be Employee of the Year. Then there will be a meeting between every shop owner that registers. They will pick the Employee of the Year! The Employee of The Year title is given to the most helpful, professional, dedicated, and hard-working person on the Requests forums oh, and prizes and an award!. Stay tuned for more events!

disclaimer: you cannot nominate yourself and you cannot nominate an employee that has been nominated by another shop that they work in.
