Right now, the banned screen looks like this:

It shows the old community guidelines, even though they were updated. Please fix this.

Support, or maybe instead of updating it, just add a link to the CG (because if you’re banned you can still view it)

However when this kind of page gets updated to 3.0 eventually, it’ll likely change.

Support, it's currently impossible to see the CGs if you're banned.

Yeah, no one is gonna read the CGs on the ban page, and the ban page would look terrible.
It's especially bad when the wiki has to leave a note saying “not just copy-pasting since the newer SCGs are somewhat longer and we may want to summarize” (see this for context). The old CGs are a good summary (still available at https://uploads.scratch.mit.edu/community_guidelines ), and it should link to the full CGs.

Why would someone read the rules if they're short but not if they're 50-75 words longer? It takes like 30 more seconds.
Either they know the rules but they broke them anyway, meaning they won't read them either way, or they don't know the rules so they'll read them either way.
In both cases, it doesn't really make a difference to whether people read them, but if it's longer, people who don't know the rules learn them better.

Also, it doesn't matter how good the ban page looks. Have you seen the IP ban page?
