how to fix red hat block when modding scratch

i am trying to mod scratch but i can't add a block if it gives me a red hat block! please help me fix it, i have run npm run translate and all the other commands but it's still red

i think so, because this happened to me twice, i added 2 blocks. the block works but it shows up as a red hat block.

(not exactly, forum scratchblocks plugin shows the notch on the bottom of the block unlike the real thing)
