How to contact scratch team

Hey guys, I just recently came out of a problem where I couldn't find a good direct way to contact the scratch team for help. Although they never answered, here is how to contact them through e-mail. If you are reading this your probably trying to find the button that says “Contact Us” which is quite hard to find. If your wondering where it is, it's not really in the open for everyone to see. You have to scroll to the very bottom of your page, look under Support and there you will see “Contact Us” It seems pretty stupid now that you didn't see that before doesn't it? I had been reported many times because I couldn't find the right forum to put it in so I kept getting in trouble for putting it in the wrong forums

There are about 20 ST's and at least 2 of them are active all the time.
