Whitelist scratch.mit.edu as an image host

I know you're thinking it probably is already, but it's not. Try putting https://scratch.mit.edu/favicon.ico in [img] tags and you'll see what I mean.

there's not many images on the scratch.mit.edu domain itself (e.g https://scratch.mit.edu/images/about/quotes.gif ), most website images are hosted on cdn or cdn2
