My browser / operating system: MacOS Macintosh X 10.15.6, Safari 14.1.2, No Flash version detected
Whenever I try to make a project, I keep getting this message pop up on the side of the screen saying “Could not create the project. Please try again!”. The same thing happens whenever I try to remix a project. I haven’t seen this happen before and I suspect that it may be a glitch.

I can’t make my user picture as a video!

Do you have an unstable internet connection?

While using the same OS and browser, I can make projects, so this seems like an issue from your side.

It appears my WiFi is actually going on and off for some reason. Thank you for helping me!

maybe internet slow or kinda broken that cannot make a project/remix

Well, of course you can't. Scratch's server that holds PFPs cannot hold videos.

You can’t use videos as PFPs, you can use GIFs, but not videos.
