Wait what?? How'd they miss this? Two of them are where they should be (next to the other arithmetic blocks) but one is just randomly under pick random 1 to 10?

I don't know how anyone could miss this.

That does not look like Scratch's interface. This is not the correct place to post bugs you are experiencing with tools that aren't Scratch.

@BrycedTea, it's in the menu for adding scratch blocks to your posts. That isn't the editor.
