What do you want: Could you make me a title screen for a horror game I'm making? I have a basic design that I want to be more scary. Here's an image of my original design -

What do you want: PFP, it's a guy with a tv for a head that has the glitch screen (not the ton of pixels the one with the bars and stuff). He's wearing a light brown trench coat and a dark green shirt. I would like the PFP to be shoulder-up.
