Mini-Website Builder within or outside of Scratch
I believe a mini-website builder could help within Scratch to be even more creative, being able to use blocks to customize it even more also. Unique blocks that aren’t in the editor could also be in the website builder, like these:
This block would redirect the user to another page on the site, simple enough, right?
This block, and others could be used for a currency on the mini-site or other variables that you want to save, kind of like cloud variables.
This, or an embed project block could be useful on the site builder to put projects or studios on it.
There also could be places to chat throughout the site if the owner so happens to put a chat board on a page. The site builder could also have its own custom friend system if the owner so chooses to have custom friend request code. Or inviting to some other place on the site. If this seems too advanced for Scratch, can someone please suggest a place where people could do this.

Allowing users to make their own chat is not a good idea. Also, this could potentially take up a lot of server space.

If they make a chat on their site, it’s like any other comment section on Scratch.

In that case, why can't they just make a project that is a fake website?

Bc if u need multiple chat spaces on your site, for example, having profiles and such within it, also being able to save variables personally easily

If you want multiple chat spaces, make multiple projects or studios. And you can link them together. It's not that hard.

If you wanted it to be like an authentic site and also variables don’t carry over from project to project or studio to studio

If you want an authentic site, just make one yourself. Hosting one on Scratch's donation-based servers would be a bad idea.

Can you please elaborate on what you mean? If you want a block-based website editor, then I don't think the Scratch Team would make one (although the community might), and definitely not host finished websites on their servers! If you want to make a website, then use a website builder like WiX.

I have tried using WiX, but it doesn’t seem to have the tools I need.

If you don't want to use Wix, you can try using GitHub.

Who needs those evil automatic website builders? (my opinion)
