A lot of people ask about the Welcoming Committee in this category, which is probably why it was moved (if it was)

Too many stickies can hide actual threads, which clutters the category up. So, iTopics, which you can think of as mini stickies, are placed together in a sticky to have these topics accessible without cluttering up the forums.
