Encoding/Decoding Player Values From the Scroll X and Y in Cloud.

So I'm making a soccer game, physics are down, but i want to make it cloud, and it's scrolling. I know how to encode and decode values from x/y pos, but not from scrollx/scroll y pos. Can someone help me make a cloud engine for my top-down scrolling soccer game? No, I don't want griffpatches tutorials, those are useless, no offense. Thanks you, please help me!

Then just replace the x and y with the scroll x and y. Then just make the other positions relative to the player.
