The 50MB limit is something from 2.0. Projects are now unlimited in size with only 2 restrictions:

• All costumes and sounds must be smaller than 10MB
  
• Project.json (the project's code) must be smaller than 5MB
  

How do I view Project.json? None of the songs are 10 MB and the costumes are DEFINETELY under 10MB.

Yeah try to cut down on the amount of code in your projects.
