Videos can easily exceed the asset limit and cause a lot of strain on the servers. I think this was once on TOLORS (or a previous version of it), but this might be rejected. You could just convert it to a GIF, and convert the audio to MP3, and import it that way.

Also this would allow for importing copyrighted/rights reserved movies n stuff.
