Rows of 4 for studios

The new studio update made the project go in rows of threes instead of fours, I think it should be in fours because,

1. It looks too big. The new layout makes everything look wayyy too big! Especially on the mobiles. So I think it’ll look a lot better if they’re slightly smaller and be in rows of fours.

2. Lots of studios run by using how the studios are in rows of fours. And it doesn’t always work when it’s in threes. So I think it’ll be much better if it’s in fours not threes.

Thanks for reading my suggestions.

I think they should stay in threes, it makes it easier to manage projects on mobile.

Well, not for me. I use mobile and it’s so big, I have to use the zoom out tool to not make my eyes dizzy

The rows become shorter on small screens, so if you have a big screen, it would make sense to have up to 4 or even 5 rows.

I use Scratch on the smallest screen ever, an Apple Watch screen. And yet, the studios project rows don't look that big.

Agreed. They're too big for me.

A key aspect of Scratch is to browse through and look at other Scratchers projects in studios.
We choose projects to look at by looking at project thumbnails, names and authors.

Previously we could see a large number of projects at once and it was easy to browse studios quickly.

Now we can only see 6 projects at once on the screen in a studio

I find it makes it much much harder to find projects I am interested in, as I am not prepared to scroll endlessly.
I hardly browse studios anymore which is a shame as I always liked looking at others projects in studios.

** Please either add more rows and columns of projects on a screen for studios again
or add an extra browsing option to display smaller thumbnails which I expect most Scratchers would immediately use.

Note that the Scratch Team forum post https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/526539/ explaining why changes were made to studios give reasons for most changes but no reason for the larger thumbnails and reduced number of projects on a screen.

Coincidentally, the main auction website in New Zealand made exactly the same change and I use it much less now.

A kind of relevant quote about how far users scroll down when they do a search using a search engine:
“The average web user won’t go past the first five listings on a search engine results page (SERP). According to a 2014 study from Advanced Web Rankings, more than 67% of all clicks on SERPs go to the top five listings. Things start to get grim when you look past those first few results. Research shows that websites on the first search engine results page receive almost 95% of web traffic, leaving only 5% for remaining search results pages.”

But it's as ironic as Chrome automatically disabling WebGL because they took too much memory, the new studio update ruined mobile studios and they aren't doing that well at making up for it.

I don't wanna wait 60 seconds so support, it means less scrolling.
