This was inspired by Buzzy Bee Banners' Hiring Process!

Applicant Requirements

1. Must have “Scratcher” status
   
2. Must have previous experience with graphics design and use a design program like Canva or PixlrX
   
3. Must have worked in at least one shop
   
4. Must know how the “Requests” forum works.
   
5. Must have at least 20 posts
   

Application Process

1. I, Milky, and other Board of Stargazers Members will look at each application and decide if we want to take them through to a “mock shop” or not. (This was inspired by Buzzy Bee Banners)
   > If you weren't chosen for the mock shop; this may be because you didn't fit the requirements.
   > If you weren't chosen for the mock shop and you did meet the requirements; you will be put through “training” which will happen in a separate forum or studio.
   
2. If you were chosen to be a part of our Mock Shop; the staff act as customers and you must be the staff! You show us how you work in our “workplace environment” and you can make the choice if you'd like to continue through the process if the shop is right for you or if the show isn't right for you, in which case you can drop out.
   > If you were chosen to go through training instead; you'll move onto this stage too at some point! You're either going to be in a separate mock shop from the others who went through training like you did if over five people did it. If not; you will be placed into a mock shop with a new set of applicants!
   
3. After that, we decide on offers - who we're going to hire and we thought was the best fit and who we will reject and who we thought weren't good fits for the shop.
   

Training

Training is kind of like Buzzy Bee's Banner Bootcamp. However, you will start from a vauge order to full-blown, detailed orders. Each assignment you do; you will get feedback. You then use the feedback to improve on your design and come back better for your next assignment.

I generally love designing and it sounds like a cool thing to be a part of especially as I start to (try to) transition back into using the forums and making banners and designs just appeal to me and Starry Night just seems interesting and I'd love to be able to join ^^
