I friended CC. He doesn't appear in What's happening though. FIX THIS PLEASE!!!!

Thanks! Can you give us the username, or maybe a link to their profile page? CC isn't a Scratch user.
Also - for them to appear, they have to do something (share a project, love a project, that sort of thing.) So it may take a while, or it may slip past unnoticed if your What's Happening is really busy.
