Eh what- I'm pretty sure you're confirmed right now on this account… Anyways have you tried resending the email? I don't think the subscribing to notifications affects email confirmation.

What do you mean by “Now I can't confirm my email”? I am assuming you'd have had it confirmed if you have to create a topic on the forums. Also, are you sure you are typing the right email out? Just like @-Kriptonite- said, I don't think subscribing to notifications affects email confirmation (I'm not going to test that out though since I want to be subscribed). However, can you explain how you unsubscribed from Scratch. Did you just click the unsubscribe button at the bottom? If so, there's an “Update your preferences” link near that. Click that and follow the instructions given, fill in the details and I think you'll be fine!
