No they care about New Scratchers but the Safety for a kids site is very important!

No Support. I would say that running a Studio is big responsibility and a New Scratcher should know somethings before running a studio. They can already become a Manager and Curator but they can't become a host or create one studio because they are the only ones who can type it.

Or why isn't social media sites with billions of users going down every week? (which are much more than Scratch's user population) And while Scratch is built for people to use, I think it's not a great idea to go too far on making limits on a certain group of users.

No support as some but not all of the New Scratchers are alt accounts from the main scratcher who uses them to break the rules. If we allow new scratchers to create studios, then the people who made alt accounts on scratch would be able to make studios that does not follow the CGs, spam creating studios (meaning making more then 1 studio at the same time), etc.

Another reason new scratchers cant make studios is that if someone wont join their studio, they will make a new one and spam invitations in new studios because they might not understand the rules of scratch.

but then no improvement would occur, it's important to discuss flaws to a suggestion because then it can be built upon and made better

I really don't like how Scratch doesn't let New Scratchers use so many things… What if you don't want to become an official Scratcher for some reason, and so you can't do all of the things normal Scratchers get too?
