no support; new scratchers will get spammy with the studios and invite everyone as quick as they can. not many new users look at the guidelines first, so they can make inappropriate stuff more than regular scratchers. this will prevent spam and the servers wouldn't go down as fast. imagine getting 50 invitations by a new scratcher wanting you to join their studio? ouch.

We went this long with the ability for New Scratchers to make studios, and it was never a real problem, so why change it? Support!

New Scratches need TIME to come into scratch and learn about it before making studios. They can make projects, and learn their way around scratch before anything else.

here is a story: in 2010 a group of scratchers spamed studios with mean images. It got so bad they had to only have scratchers do it!

Support, this account is a New Scratcher but my main account, @coolcoder1213, is a scratcher. I am trying to create a bunch of studios like the SDS. I can't because I'm a New Scratcher. Now I have to wait at least two weeks. There are New Scratchers that are able to run studios and some Scratchers create new accounts and they can't create studios. This is not fair. Once again, SUPPORT.
