If you use mobile and put in emoji's (I think it is like that on computers too, I just never use the google emoji's) then they don't appear. I tried to post just one emoji in the morning when I was on my tablet, and the comment said “an error occured.” Emoji's don't appear in comments on scratch unless if it is a scratch emoji. I hope that this helped resolve your issue
