Hello, I don't see why you come here to tell us that, given that there are several thousand Scratchers (I suppose) who use this logo, at least on the majority of the profiles that I discover every day. I certainly used the Apple Logo but I refuse to change it for many personal reasons.

If this banner was made on a platform and it was in the platform's library, the platform has permission. Plus, copyright is not a huge thing in Scratch. Only very few things have been taken down due to it because it got popular.
