Scratch is being buggy a lot lately, First thing is whenever I don't tap on a project, its not like staticy. But when I “watch” the project, the screen becomes staticy and its hard to see the project. I doubt it's my eyes though, As I said, whenever I don't tap on a project its not staticy. Another thing is, Sometimes I can't see peoples profile pictures, and all the thumbnails are scratch cat. I think the servers might've crashed yesterday, but all I know its still doing that.

Could you post your browser and Operting System info. I highly suspect its a problem with a specific browser.

That is a known problem with Scratch's servers currently.
