My pfp is stuck on a white screen with a broken picture frame at the top.

My browser / operating system: ChromeOS 13816.55.0, Chrome 90.0.4430.86, No Flash version detected
Hey! The pfp isn't working and I know its the right size and the file isn't too large. Could I get some help?
