My browser / operating system: MacOS Macintosh X 11.4, Firefox 89.0, No Flash versions detected

Since the 9th of June, 2021, Scratch's image hosting server CDN2 seems to be having some issues, preventing Profile pictures, studio thumbnails and project thumbnails to load. Report all of them here instead of making a separate topic.

Some people are not able to change their profile pictures, and some profile pictures have turned into the default scratch cat silhouette, which is a huge problem, and it still happens sometimes, unpredictably.

Some project thumbnails have turned into Scratch Cat on a white background, and it still happens sometimes, unpredictably.

It seems to be inconsistent. Sometimes images load (for example: every time I have loaded this topic), but other times I get an unloaded picture (is that the correct name?) icon.

This is happening worldwide, and yes, unloaded is a word.

I made a really cool thumbnail for my 3d platformer, but it shows a gray box instead of the thumbnail in the thumbnail sprite. Can you fix it please?

Firefox has a lot of problems with Scratch.

Not true at all. They just said CDN2 (cdn2.scratch.mit.edu) is offline, which is causing thumbnails and PFPs to not load. This effects all browsers.

The same thing is happening for me, too. Here's the whole story for me: I didn't realize this problem until earlier today. There was certain images that refused to load including Project Thumbnails and Profile Pictures. At first, I thought it was a search engine problem, so I switched from Google to Bing, and the same thing happened so I switched back to Google. Then I thought it was a Website problem, so I turned off my Windows 10, and loaded the website on my Android Tablet, and the same thing STILL happened, so it WAS a website problem.

It just started this week, if it's been going on for longer than that, I recommend you ask Za-Chary about that.
