userChrome.css

Am I allowed to recommend someone a userChrome.css? It is used to customize Firefox with CSS.

I mean if it's similar to a user-script, then no because of this. Otherwise, I'd wait for some other person to reply.

It's similar to userstyles, but for Firefox's own UI.
