Pen goes behind sprites

So, I created a stamp text engine, I was going to create a slideshow with it, but the stamps kept on going behind the slides sprite. How do I make it so the sprites go behind the stamps?

Just use

go to [back v] layer::looks stack

You can't. You have to use another method to draw the text.
