My browser / operating system: MacOS Macintosh X 10.12, Firefox 88.0, No Flash versions detected
I am wondering if anyone has had this issue: the file menu is broken. I tried logging in my old account, @kmannumber1, but it didn't work. My new browser, Firefox, doesn't fix it. Help plz!!!

Which dropdown? There are quite a few, and if it won't open, could you give a screenshot?

Where are you, the website or the app?

If you do continue having this issue and you're on the web, then maybe try Chrome, or a Chromium-based browser like Microsoft Edge, as most sites are optimized for these browsers and will have the least glitches specific to them.

If you're on the desktop app, then I'm not really sure how we can fix that, I use a Windows PC and the app kinda just has issues (for me).

I think they're referring to the “File” button on the header of the editor that opens a drop-down menu, the one that contains save to your computer, etc.

firefox would flash the menu. by the way, im back on chrome.

But you didn't EXACTLY tell us what the glitch was. We can find out the cause.
“the dropdown” isn't specific enough; we don't know everything you say.
