Customer Rules

1. No homophobia/transphobia/racism/ageism/discrimination
2. Codeword's paintbrush. Hide it well!
3. Be nice!
4. If you have a complaint, say on @Audio_Edits profile. Please don't go for our staff, it's not their fault!
5. Be patient. If your order is not completed within the deadline, please ask politely.
6. Feel free to ask for edits to you order, just be nice.
7. Give credit

Staff Rules

1. No homophobia/transhpobia/racism/ageism/discrimination.
2. Be polite to customers.
3. If a customer in particular is being rude, say on @Audio_Edits profile and they will sort it out.
4. Be polite to other members of staff.
5. Try and complete all orders you have taken by their deadline.
6. Don't feel the need to take orders if you feel they don't fit your job or if you don't want to.
7. If something makes you uncomfortable- this could be another member of staff, a customer, an order, e.c.t- report it to @Audio_Edits.
8. Feel free to add your username onto orders, but please do it small and in one corner so it doesn't cover the order.
9. Respond to all activity checks. If you can't, tell AudioEdits.
10. Please use the leave form if leaving or going absent! It really helps us out!
