The issue here is that the person is slightly larger/smaller in each costume, I think.

There's a weird bug in the renderer which makes costumes shift around if the costume is a different size.
To prevent it, place a fully transparent shape around a costume and copy-paste it so that all costumes appear to be the same size to Scratch.
Alternatively, you can try and shift around the costume a tiny bit so that it appears consistent in the project player, but it might not be the same position in fullscreen.
