People everywhere on the Bugs and Glitches forum are talking about studio popups, but I don't know what they're talking about. Can somebody explain?

So studio is like a project group in which you can add projects and people to do it, give description, etc. When you are able to invite people and try to invite one, chances are the bug stated will appear, causing a weird half-transparent box on the top of your view.
