These are the jobs:
Board Of Directory
Owner: scratchCoolMic
Has complete control over the entire shop.

Manager: monsterBoy66
Basically everything except for closing down the shop and takes over owner when the owner is in absence.

Co-Manager: puppy2-0
Takes over as manager when manager is in absence. Can do anything except for closing down the shop or firing/striking people.

Secretary: OPEN
Makes sure employees are doing jobs and else will strike them.

Co-Secretary: OPEN
Helps the secretary.
Make sure employees and customer are following the terms. Cannot close shop, give strikes or fire people.

Chairman: -250119code2
Can do everything but close down the shop, takes over secretary during absence.

Director: OPEN
Can do anything but close down the shop or fire people. Director makes sure employees are staying active and doing their job.

Order check: OPEN
Makes sure all orders are completed.

Activity checker: OPEN
makes sure all people have responded and can also make activity checks.

Product Workers

Animator: OPEN
Makes animations.

Artist: puppy2-0 and happycat3333333
Makes costumes, backdrops, and art.

Thumbnailer: enotsl
Makes studio thumbnails or project thumbnails.

Banner creator (shop banners, etc): OPEN
Makes banners.

Costume Editor: OPEN
Edits costumes.

Profiler: OPEN
Makes PFP’s

Intro Maker: -250119code2
Makes intros

Outro Maker: -250119code2
Makes outros

Coder: OPEN
Makes scripts for projects

Signature maker: OPEN
makes signatures.

Reviewer: OPEN
reviews, shops, projects, studios, etc.

Photography: OPEN
Takes photos of specific objects.

That’s all the jobs!

There can be more then one person in each job except for the board of directory.
You can also have multiple jobs.

Customer Terms

• Please be patient and polite as employees will work hard on your needs
  
• Do not spam
  
• Please give credit to the person who took your order
  
• Give employees at least two days to complete your order
  
• You can fill out a survey form after your order
  

Employee Terms

• Please be polite to customer and scratchers
  
• Do not spam
  
• Employees must try their best
  
• Employees must be active
  
• You should be following the thread at all times
  
• You must check in the shop if you get a notification
  
• if an employee gets three strikes they’re fired
  
• Report any action you think should be striked to one of the board of directory members.
  
• Only strike employees if it is reasonable if your not sure contact the owner.
  
• Employees can still order things from the shop
  
• If your a member of the board of directory trying to strike someone else from the team then you need to tell the owner your point of view on why you’re reporting them and their point of you of the person your reporting so that the owner should decide if they are striked, fired, or none
  
• if you want to leave please fill in the form.
  
• if a customer does not use the Order Form when requesting an item, tell them to use it.
