Why are the Studio comments across scratch turned off is their a reason? because i found that really strange

Some studio don't want people chatting in their comments, they might be using it for announcement instead for reviewing or commenting because there will always be people spamming and promoting their games.

No, they're off in every studio.
In every single studio comment section, this message appears:
“Studio comments across Scratch are turned off, but don’t worry, your comments are still here and will be back soon!”

No, ALL studio comments have been turned off. ST wont allow us to chat in studios.

My theory is that they are moving studios to 3.0, since Jeffalo showed some official mockups of how it would look a while ago.
