My Inner Life, an infamous Legend of Zelda fanfiction. The main character's name is Jenna, and she's never outright referred to as “Jenna Silverblade,” but she marries Link, who now has the last name of Silverblade, so it's probably safe to assume that that's her last name as well.

By the way, not all Mary Sues are from fanfiction. They exist in original works as well.

People act like anybody who makes a Mary Sue shouldn't be able to have a will to live in my perspective. Yes, the character is a Mary Sue. Give the person time and soon it won't be a Mary Sue.
