Downloading Issues - Load Project from Computer

My browser / operating system: Windows 8.1, Chrome 90.0.4430.93, No Flash version detected

I am trying to download a project to Scratch from my computer. It successfully downloads the to Scratch, but the project refuses to save. I tried saving a different project to troubleshoot, and the newly created test project saved successfully. Please fix this…
