How about Cyber-bullying? It's also a big issue. I've experienced many people getting cyber-bullied on Scratch.

Cyber bullying and bullying are basically the same thing, it's bee a problem not only on scratch but around websites schools home etc and global.
though we cannot fix it completely in this position, but reduce the spread.

Well I’ve tried 9 times now to represent Russia, 7 have been ignored 1 has been laughed at and the most recent one just went nowhere and it just ended in the middle. Can a single soul please help me with this because all 9 times have been dismissed.
