For a while the blue loading screen for a project has been gone. There's just a white screen with a small blue bar at the top with a bit of the loading blocks on it like it all just glitched upward. And when I go inside a project the screen is not even there.

Does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix this?

This is most likely a feature of a browser extension. Could you please try to turn off all browser extensions in your browser?

I would also like to mention that you should not name any browser extensions on Scratch.

I deleted all browser extensions and notifications but it still does it. I am using a different browser now and it is working but idk y it wasn't working before.

Which browser are you using? Try pressing the globe button in the toolbar above the reply box.

I don't really get what you mean by reply box and globe button. The browser I was using was called Brave now I am using Firefox but I prefer to use Brave.

If so, that's normal.
If it has a bar on the bottom beneath the message beneath Creating Project; it's a browser extension. I have that extension, but I can't seem to make that feature work right now.
Otherwise I would take a screen shot.

Are you on windows?
If so, press Windows+Shift+S and save your screenshot.

Are you able to run projects? And if you can't, can you try updating your browser?

I was going to take a screen shot to show you when I realized scratch had been updated and it is no longer glitching out!
