28 character names
Hey guys, @k0stya/@l8p here. As some of you guys know all of a sudden 28 character names were discovered!
To be exact, 2 were discovered, one of them by me (a few months ago actually through forums. A past forumer. I will explain more below)
One: gdpr533f604550b2f20900645890, a forumer who's name was (removed by moderator)
second: gdpr8e0f8747d5b59e360814647f, under investigation of the original owner
You may notice, they both start with gdpr and then have 24 random characters. gdpr is a european privacy thing, read THIS.
These account seem unfollowable but actually can be followed using a trick shown in World_language's project on how to follow the “Unfollowable account”. Anyways, the first one was discovered by me in many old forums discussions such as: Here and This was used to figure the original name. By looking at the quotes you could identify their previous name.
Then using the Wayback Machine you could look at their old profile etc. I am not sure about the other 28 letter, if you want you can help me identify it. But no need to. Also I am investigating about Montoja. I fyou know anything about them feel free to reply here!

those are called gdpr'd accounts.
“This account exists because of the new European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which allows most European citizens to request website owners to delete all their data about them.
In order to comply with this regulation, Scratch deletes all information about accounts where their owners requested their ”right to be forgotten“, and changes their username to ”gdprxxxxxxx“. In some cases, these accounts have profile pages, so they are not considered ”deleted“. That's why we can see their profile.” source.

I suggest you remove the username. Also, I noticed that the original username got taken. That seems like it could go wrong.

go to https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/post/5185367/edit to edit your post.
do not share the original usernames of gdpr'd accounts. it kinda defeats the purpose of requesting data deletion.

I think (like ocular does pruning of 500+ stauses) Scratch should prune any username above the normal 20 char limit.
EDIT: This is to prevent these sorts of accounts of clogging up the scratch servers, and to keep usernames short.
