Hi, I'm really, really new, so these might be flawed questions, but:
-Is there any way to group scripts with each other- not for functionality, but for organization? In my ideal world there would be little folders I could drag things into and label, all on the same sprite, so I could have “dialogue” in one and “movement” in another, etcetera. I don't think those exist, but if there's anything remotely similar…? (Should I take this to suggestions??)
-Is there a way to remove a broadcast message? Say I create something using the broadcast message “Hello”, then figure out a different way to do it.“Hello” still shows up on the little drop-down menu of broadcast messages even though nothing is using it and I probably won't use it again. This gets messy quickly.

1. No, sorry. There isn't a way to do this. A lot of projects will have scripts which have both dialogue and movement in them so it also could get a little bit confusing. If you want to remember what each script does you could add a comment (by right clicking).

2. Yes! You just need to find all the blocks which are saying "broadcast " and get rid of them or change the broadcast to something else.

I believe you can delete broadcasts by right-clicking them, but idk 4 sure,
