Variable not working

so i made a “when i start as a clone” command and inside i did some variable stuff but when the clone spawn it sets all the clones to that clone's commands

Your question is unclear but do you realise that any variable local to the sprite (for this sprite only) is duplicated for each clone so they all have their own copy. If you're displaying the variable it is the sprite's copy you're seeing. Try getting the clones to say their value.
