By “cons: nothing”, I'm assuming you don't mean that there are no cons, but that a con is that there would be nothing

No support, easy workaround. Just don't use Scratch and you can't tell if anyone's actually on it or not. Problem solved!

For instance, how do I know you were really online at the time you made this post? For all I know, you could have been faking it.

Yes, I was faking it. All of my posts have been written by stringing together random words and hoping they make sense. So far I've been pretty lucky.No support, easy workaround. Just don't use Scratch and you can't tell if anyone's actually on it or not. Problem solved!Especially evident by the fact that there's no online indicator.
