Message not going away

My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 89.0.4389.90, No Flash version detected

I can't get the message (1) to go away, How to fix?

A lot of people, including myself have had issues on the Scratch 3 styled pages (the home page, project pages, messages) that the message counter isn't clearing for them, while this is not an issue on Scratch 2 pages (studio pages, profile pages, forums).

Its still a bug though. Especially since 2.0 pages will soon be updated to 3.0 (In about 10-12 years :P)..
