My browser / operating system: MacOS Macintosh X 10.15.7, Safari 14.0.3, No Flash version detected

I set the thumbnails of three studios to this image.

In the My Stuff page, I can see the thumbnails properly.



However, on my profile, they appear as the default icon.



This is happening on both of my devices. I have given the OS and browser of both.

Can you try pressing Ctrl+Shift+R to clear the cache temporarily?

Could you go to My Stuff, right click on the studio thumbnail and click “Open Image in new tab”?
If the image displays properly, then its probably Scratch's servers taking their time to update studio thumbnails (which is mostly the problem). Please wait, it might take some time.

Hi! One reason that you can't add projects to studios may be that those particular studios make you unable to add projects! However, it might also be that your projects are already in the studio and you can't add them twice!

It seems waiting did not help . The thumbnails have not updated yet. Can you try setting the thumbnail again?

I'll edit the post after I've done it.

Edit: Okay, I reuploaded it on all of them. It came up with a popup saying “Thumbnail changed”, loaded a bit, then didn't change. This is really odd.

Edit 2: Also, the “open image in new tab” only shows the correct image from the My Stuff page (which makes sense, I suppose, because it only shows the image there). If I do it from the studio or my profile, it comes up with the default studio icon.

I think it may just need to take a bit of time to load - this is like the thumbnail glitch. I think it will update soon.

That's true. Maybe it will upload properly in a few days.

Although, most of the projects with the thumbnail glitch that I've seen have not been fixed after weeks or more.

They're still broken…
It's been over a week now and they still haven't loaded properly.

Appears to be a server-side problem. There is nothing much that can be done unless one has access to the server.
