I don't think the scratch team can do much about what scratchers post.

There used to be TONS of those comments, but they're probably at the bottom of project. Some of the comments there are saying STOP THE LINES! and why are there lines there?

I stand corrected. Maybe they were hit with a bunch of copy-pasters.

Just flag it, and the ST will take care of it and send a notification to the poster.
