Account Ban=IP Ban ...?
I've been hearing a whole lot of stuff which say:
“my account has been banned”, so they create a new account.
However, i also hear that banned people's alternate accounts have been banned, for “being an alt. account” or “for going around a block”…. stuff like that.
So, that seems like you can't create alt. accounts when you're banned for SOME ODD REASON, which seems like an IP ban, except that the banned people actually can visit scratch.
Is this a bug or is it something to do with the community guidelines?
I hope a suitable answer is found!

Circumventing a ban kinda defeats the purpose of the ban. IP bans are more serious though, and are generally only used (afaik) when a Scratcher tries to circumvent a ban.

Actually, basically all accounts created after the creator is banned on another account are to get around the ban.Circumventing a ban kinda defeats the purpose of the ban. Instead they should contact the Scratch Team and submit and appeal through “Contact Us”.

Cause there is a case where some guy appealed for… 5 mos., yet couldn't get his account back, so he created another account, which got banned too!- NobleReign
