improvements on the playnote block scroll down list?

The typical, and the only, playnote (sound category) block has only the sounds C, D, E, F, G, A, B, C through 2 octaves (sections of 8 notes). What if we
as a unanimous Scratch family, thought about sharps and flats, those sounds between the classic 8? I'm not just saying this for more variety, but so we budding musicians can construct more complex tunes.
