This has probably been done before already, but it is more compact than my other one which had like 5 lines of code for each letter, this one uses lists to store the different letters and numbers then a small bit of code to execute.

There are most likely more compact encoders/decoders, but this is the most compact I've ever made, hope you guys like it.
