Dear Scratch team,

in the new update there's a little mistake(?): Menu “Tip” is out of order, there are no tips, if you click on it! Okay, there are several PDF-Files which do very good job for information, but nevertheless I miss this Menu “Tip”. I've checked it on my i-mac and on my notebook (Win XP, service-pack 3).
