Wait until [message1 v] received block

Hi, this is my idea for a scratch block. Not sure if this is a dupe or not (let me know if it is), but here it is; a wait until received block!

wait until [message1 v] received
Similar to the
wait until <>
block, this block waits until a certain message is received.

I feel this block would be kinda helpful because usually I will have a script that I want to keep going, but I don't want to create an all new variable just to trigger that part of the script. This isn't the topic of this discussion, but it would also be neat to have a boolean input for messages (I'm betting it would be a little complicated though, so if you want to talk about that go somewhere else.)

Anyway, I bet this block could also have other uses too. Well, anyone who sees this, feel free to discuss it below!

NOTE: I think this would go in the “control” category, but it is possible to be put in the “events” category too.

Hello, I am a coder who likes to experiment and create things on Scratch! I don't release projects that much lately because I have many big projects I'm working on. If you like you can come check out my released projects by clicking my profile picture at the top left of this post. I don't look to get famous on Scratch, but it feels good when people see my projects. Well, see you next post!

wait until <(the world is flat?) = [true]>
And the ocean is endless, if you ask me. Ctrl+shift+down or else you'll miss out

Welcome to the hidden world of Endless-Ocean's signature!

Here you can just… um… whatever idk
Nice down here isn't it?

Pretty sure this is rejected, check TOLORS to be sure. Besides that, the block is extremely ambiguous and not that useful.

No, that's for the
<[message v] recieved?::events>
Block.

However, the blocks “repeat until broadcast received” and “wait until broadcast received” are NOT rejected; you can discuss them on this topic.
