My students made projects using the Scratch Studio app installed through our managed Chromebooks and about 20% of student encountered an issue with exporting their projects. They simply get an Export Failed popup with tryng to export from the Dashboard 3 dot menu. I spent significant time troubleshooting and could find no cause. Some students could export one project but not another. It is very frustrating because there was no way for them to turn in their projects.
This was a couple months ago but I did not know of this forum, if anyone has suggestions or if the Scratch team is working on a fix for this I would love to know as this problem really is a dealbreaker for using the app.
